Heavy soils of grassland and open woods. Common throughout.	Harvest Brodiaea; Elegant Brodiaea Brodiaea elegans Like Ithuriel's Spear, but flowers usually darker, usually only one or two flowers open on each flower stalk, and stalks not as tall. Perennial.
