Mentzelia lindleyi. {++} LINDLEY'S BLAZING STAR. Annual. Bl late Mar-early Jun. Locally common on sunny rocky slopes. Soda Springs Cyn, along the Short Cut, E Fk Coyote Ck near mouth Little Long Cyn, side cyn of Red Ck ca 1 mi NE of Bear Mtn, Red Ck, Mt Stakes Tr out of Red Ck at ca 2900 ft, Pinto Ck, westernmost fk Coon Ck.




Mentzelia sp. {++}.  Annual.  There is an unidentified small-flowered species of this genus growing at the extreme northern boundary of the park in the Mount Stakes area.
