 Along China Hole Trail by first switchback below Cougar Trail junction.
This area was subjected to a prescribed burn in the fall of 1993.

Habit on Pacheco Ridge Road about one mile north of Brem Spring.  This specimen is more typical of those you may find at Coe, except after a burn.  Note how similar the form is to that of Lotus scoparius.  Helianthemum tends to be more compact with a stiffer, straighter appearance to the stems.
