Coyote Creek gate from inside the park.
Gilroy Hot Springs Road is just outside the gate.

In the shade to the right is a walk-through passage for the benefit
of hikers, bicyclists, and horses---but designed to make it difficult
for prohibited motor vehicles from entering.

The end of Gilroy Hot Springs road, bridge to the formerly private hot springs, and
(at right) Coyote Creek gate from the outside.

If you park your car here overnight, there is a high risk of getting it vandalized.
The end of this road is a popular party spot for drunken youths.

The historic Gilroy Hot Springs property has been purchased and transferred
to California State Parks, but is not yet open.  There is apparently no money
allocated to prepare it for opening any time soon.
