A member of the Callitrichaceae, or Water-starwort Family
Much enlarged detail of fruit from pressed specimen, from image below .
Three pressed specimens, still with bits of dried mud on their roots.
These grew in a vernal pool along the east side of Hoover Airstrip.
Collected ca spring 1990 or 91.
