Aralia californica. {++} CALIFORNIA SPIKENARD. ELK-CLOVER. Perennial. Bl "Jun-Aug". Uncommon (at least 7 seen May '90) along Soda Springs Ck (visible from the Mile Tr). This is a plant to look for in the new additions to the park, especially the Rough Gulch / Big Canyon watershed.


*Hedera helix. {+} IVY. ENGLISH IVY. Climbing woody vine. Planted and persisting at Madrone Soda Springs. One seedling in adjacent creekbed. Native of Eurasia.
